On OTC, the commissioner of a league has the ability to create a Dispersal Draft that will provide the tools to recruit for your draft. Seamlessly make all of the picks, and automatically assign them to the proper teams in Sleeper.

To get started, navigate the the Drafts page:

Once there, select your league and then click the + Draft button:

Choose "+ Dispersal Draft" and you'll be given the option to select the teams you wish to include, and configure the draft settings.

The Share Preview button will give you a shareable link to the asset pool, it will also include the invite link to the league, if configured:

When you're ready for the actual draft click Create Draft and you'll be taken to a page where you'll set the draft order and begin the draft. (Note: All team's must have a manager assigned to begin the draft):

Once the draft has begun, participants can log in to the site (ensuring their sleeper account is linked) and make picks:

As picks are made, they will be automatically posted to your league chat, tagging the next person up to pick

By default, for any future pick (EX: 2027 1st) where ALL teams in the dispersal own their own pick, they will be kept on the teams. The commissioner can release these back into the pool from the Manage Assets section. They can also manually assign any pick/player to a team from this section.

The Dispersal Draft will end after the asset pool has been exhausted. In the case of including Free Agents, that would never happen, so there's also an option for the commissioner to end the draft early at any point:

Once the draft is finished, the commissioner will have the option to automatically assign all of the players/picks on sleeper:
